Sky has proven the fans that she can continue on her own by enjoying a reign as the TNA Knockouts Championship and has engaged in battles with some of the top Knockouts of the company.

Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (2007 - 2012)
Jamie Szantyr was competing as Talia Madison in the independent circuit in United States. She signed a contract with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) as one of the original Knockouts in the fall of 2007. Madison debuted in TNA as a babyface on October 11 edition of Impact!. At Bound for Glory, Madison participated in a Gauntlet match for the newly created TNA Knockouts Championship as the #9 entrant. She was eliminated by the eventual winner Gail Kim.

On October 18 edition of Impact!, Madison competed in her first singles match in TNA, losing to Awesome Kong. On November 22 edition of Impact!, Madison changed her ring name to Velvet Sky. At Turning Point, Sky formed a tag team with Angelina Love called Velvet Love Entertainment. Later that night, Velvet Love Entertainment defeated ODB and Roxxi Laveaux. On January 3, 2008 edition of Impact!, Sky participated in a Gauntlet match as the #4 entrant. ODB won.

Beautiful People formed an alliance with the debuting Moose and began feuding with Gail Kim, Roxxi and ODB. At Slammiversary, Kim, Roxxi and ODB defeated Moose and Beautiful People in a six-woman tag team match. On July 17 edition of Impact!, Sky participated in a Gauntlet match as the #3 entrant. She last eliminated Gail Kim to win the Gauntlet and become the #1 contender for the TNA Knockouts Championship. The following week, on July 24 edition of Impact!, Sky received an opportunity for the championship against Taylor Wilde but lost in 5 seconds. Sky received another opportunity but unsuccessfully challenged Wilde for the championship. Sky earned a third immediate rematch in which she lost by disqualification when Angelina Love attacked Wilde.

At Hard Justice, Awesome Kong and Beautiful People lost to Taylor Wilde, Gail Kim and ODB in a six-woman tag team match. Cute Kip joined Beautiful People as their fashionist. At Bound for Glory IV, Beautiful People lost to Rhino, ODB and Rhaka Khan in a mixed tag team match.

Beautiful People began a rivalry with Taylor Wilde and Roxxi. At Final Resolution in December, Sharmell and Beautiful People competed against Taylor Wilde, Roxxi and ODB in a six-woman tag team match. The Governor debuted in TNA and started embarrassing Beautiful People with comedy skits used to humiliate them and Governor convinced them that they would get a full makeover. This continued throughout the rest of 2008 and early 2009 until it was revealed that it was a prank played by Taylor Wilde and Roxxi because Beautiful People had been mocking TNA's Knockout division.

Beautiful People added Madison Rayne into the group and referred themselves as Mi Pi Sexy. At Destination X, Beautiful People lost to Taylor Wilde, Roxxi and The Governor in a six-woman tag team match. At Lockdown, Angelina Love won the TNA Knockouts Championship and Sky and Madison Rayne began accompanying her in her championship matches and helped her in retaining the championship. At Slammiversary, Sky attacked Tara with a hair spray to assist Love in defeating Tara to retain the championship.

On July 23 edition of Impact!, Sky participated in a Battle Royal for a spot in Main Event Mafia. She was eliminated by Tara. Traci Brooks won the Battle Royal. At Hard Justice, Sky teamed with Angelina Love to compete against ODB and Cody Deaner with Love's TNA Knockouts Championship on the line. Deaner pinned Sky for the championship when Madison Rayne's interference backfired as she accidentally sprayed Sky in the face. As a result, ODB became the official champion.

Beautiful People began attacking and humiliating Madison Rayne for costing Love, the TNA Knockouts Championship, thus kicking her out of Beautiful People. Beautiful People participated in a tournament for the newly created TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship. They defeated Madison Rayne and Roxxi in the quarter-final round and Tara and Christy Hemme in the semi-final round after Rayne blinded Hemme with the hair spray on September 10 and September 17 editions of Impact!. As a result, Rayne was re-added into Beautiful People.

As a result, she was replaced by Madison Rayne. Sky and Rayne lost to Taylor Wilde and Sarita. On October 1 edition of Impact!, Lacey Von Erich was added as the newest member of Beautiful People.

At Bound for Glory, Sky and Beautiful People teammate Madison Rayne unsuccessfully challenged Taylor Wilde and Sarita for the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship. At Turning Point, Beautiful People lost to ODB, Taylor Wilde and Sarita in a six-woman tag team match with ODB's TNA Knockouts Championship and Wilde and Sarita's TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship on the line.

She became the runner-up as she was eliminated by Tara for the win. On December 31 edition of Impact!, Sky participated in the New Year's Knockout Eve Tournament to determine the #1 contender for the championship. She lost to Roxxi in the quarter-final round. In 2010, Angelina Love returned to TNA and Beautiful People started feuding with Love after Love turned on Beautiful People by attacking all of them.

On March 8 edition of Impact!, Sky and her Beautiful People teammate Madison Rayne defeated Taylor Wilde and Sarita and Tara and Angelina Love in a Three Way match to win the vacated TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship after Daffney attacked Tara with a championship belt. Beautiful People enacted the Freebird Rule which stated that Lacey Von Erich was also officially recognized as a champion and any two members could defend the championship.

On April 5 edition of Impact!, Daffney and Beautiful People competed against Tara, Angelina Love, ODB and Hamada in the first-ever Lockbox match in which there were four keys to four boxes containing prizes and the winner of a fall would win the key. Love won the first fall and won her third TNA Knockouts Championship. Velvet Sky won the second fall and earned the match of her choice, Tara won the second fall and regained her pet spider and Daffney won the fourth fall getting strip tease.

The following week, on April 12 edition of Impact!, Sky chose a Leather and Lace match against Angelina Love for the TNA Knockouts Championship but changed it into a match with Love handcuffed to the ring and then changed it to an "I Quit" match but it was also cancelled and Beautiful People attacked Love.

At Lockdown, Sky and Madison Rayne defended the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship against Angelina Love and Tara in a Steel Cage match, with Love's TNA Knockouts Championship also on the line. Rayne pinned Tara to win the TNA Knockouts Championship and retain the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship after Lacey Von Erich attacked Tara with a championship belt.

Madison Rayne started to take over Beautiful People and began considering herself as the leader of the group because of being the TNA Knockouts Champion, which caused dissension within the group. Sky and Rayne started developing hatred against each other. On August 5 edition of Impact!, Sky and Lacey Von Erich lost the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship to Taylor Wilde and Hamada after Madison Rayne's mystery biker girl tossed a chair into the ring to help Beautiful People but it distracted them. Beautiful People's reign ended at 141 days.

The following week, on August 12 edition of Impact!, Sky turned babyface by attacking the biker girl and removing her helmet to reveal a mask underneath. This distraction allowed Angelina Love to defeat Madison Rayne for the TNA Knockouts Championship. Two weeks later, on August 26 edition of Impact!, Sky reunited Beautiful People with Love. Sky began a rivalry with Madison Rayne, which culminated in a match between the two at No Surrender, which Sky won. On October 7 edition of Impact!, Angelina Love and Sky defeated Madison Rayne and Tara to win the rights to Beautiful People name.

At Bound for Glory, Sky competed against Angelina Love, Tara and Madison Rayne in a Four Corners match for the TNA Knockouts Championship, with Mickie James as the special guest referee. Tara won the championship. On December 9 edition of Impact!, Beautiful People participated in a tournament for the vacated TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship. They defeated Sarita and Daffney in the semi-final round. Two weeks later, on December 23 edition of Impact!, Sky was attacked by Sarita with a leather strap, which took Sky out of the tournament and she was replaced by Winter.

As a result, Sky began feuding with Sarita, which caused Sky to begin a losing streak against Sarita. On March 3, 2011 edition of Impact!, Sky finally defeated Sarita in a match which stipulated that Sky must retire if she lost. Sky started developing hatred towards Winter because she claimed that Winter was trying to break Beautiful People as Angelina Love was teaming as a tag team champion with Winter instead of Sky. On April 7 edition of Impact!, Love turned on Sky during a tag team match against Sarita and Rosita for the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship. Love attacked and abandoned Sky in the ring after instructions by Winter.

This broke up Beautiful People and Sky feuded with Angelina Love and Winter, which culminated in a series of matches against the two throughout the next one month. After ending her short rivalry with Love and Winter, Sky had a short rivalry against ODB and began a singles career.

On September 15 edition of Impact Wrestling, Sky defeated Angelina Love to qualify for a Four Way match for the TNA Knockouts Championship. At Bound for Glory, Sky defeated Winter, Mickie James and Madison Rayne in a Four Way match to win the TNA Knockouts Championship with Karen Jarrett as the special guest referee. Sky claimed the top prize in the Knockouts division after four years with the company and was able to realize her dream but faced strong opposition by the Knockouts Commissioner Karen Jarrett. At Turning Point, Sky lost the championship to Gail Kim after interference by Madison Rayne and Karen Jarrett. Sky's reign ended at 28 days.

In 2012, Sky formed an alliance with Mickie James. At Lockdown, Sky unsuccessfully challenged Gail Kim for the TNA Knockouts Championship in a Steel Cage match after interference by Madison Rayne. On June 7 edition of Impact Wrestling, Sky competed against Mickie James, Tara and Miss Tessmacher in a Four Way match to determine the #1 contender for the TNA Knockouts Championship.
